Qualitech CNC Manufacturing Solutions Limited (QCNC) uses its CNC Lathes
to manufacture parts much faster than conventional lathes to accuracies of
0.0001”. Parts can be made in minutes instead of hours reducing the
manufacturing time for customers. The overall time savings are tremendous when
manufacturing large quantities of identical parts which can now be delivered in
days instead of weeks.
CNC Lathes can machine complex curved profiles that are rotationally symmetric,
which cannot be done on a manual lathe. This allows us to produce parts which
could not have been manufactured locally before.
